The Huntington Theater, Boston, MA

Davin Youngs brought The RESET, his immersive sound healing experience, to The Huntington Theatre in Boston. Opened in 1925, it was built as America’s first civic playhouse.

The RESET invites participants to meet music in a new way. They lie down for a 90-minute immersion in sound. It’s something like a sound bath, with crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, gong, drums, rattles and shakers. But at its heart is Davin’s voice: improvised singing, layered in real time with live looping. Electronic beats join in, and the music becomes a reflection of the inner beauty of everyone in the room.
